Hurt my back, needed support for concert and bending over, holds well and doesn’t bend (isn’t flimsy) so had good support, have had a month and is fine so far (no issues with Velcro or anything yet), was worried would be too big but I found it true to size

I hurt my back over-enthusiastically getting back into the gym, but this back support was excellent. Comfortable and very adjustable, it provided just the right amount of support.Was a bit warm to wear longer-term, but that's unavoidable, I think.

Ok had few issues with a lower back problem niggling me at moment, needed something to give me confidence back at golf course, checked out the tenner offering at Sports Direct not impressed (strip of neoprene and velcro) garbage,, so did a bit of research went for this, have to say very impressed, it's not a solid strip it has mesh panels that avoids sweat I guess, I wore this for four hours on my skin not over a t, no problems whatsoever and completed 18 holes and it gave me the confidence I needed to get on with my game, don't get me wrong you know your wearing it, feel a bit like robo cop it has aluminium stays in the lumbar panel and if you pull it tight, (very adjustable) holds you in like a corset took years off me (not that I've worn a corset you understand) well stitched looks quality, branded, instruction leaflet in box,which isn't beautiful packaging it's a box. Sizing spot on just follow measure guide in listing (not your waist size around belly size) long review cos product worth it.

I’ve had a back back for a while bending down then getting up driving for long periods. Even walking around doing diy and going to the gym. This support works gives that little support that you need I wasn’t too sure until I tried it. Day finishing work there was very little soreness absolute game changer

My back was more comfortable as soon as I started wearing it. I bought the Xl which is slightly too big for me. I did measure my stomach relaxed and came in at 45inches. Which was the reason for the XL. If you are going to lose weight (this is also a great gym support belt too) I would suggest going for the large if you are 45 to 47 inches.The best part about this belt is that while you have the main belt set at a comfortable distants, you and just quickly adjust the support straps in a second, which is great if you are going from standing to sitting. or sitting to standing. so the belt gives you that comfortable support at all times.I am so pleased with this item, that I have just purchased 2 Large belts, another for me when i lose some more weight and the other for my brother who has back problems

The support provided was very good although didn't help with the pain which another product did. The fit was OK and reasonably comfortable

I found this comfortable to wear, but I did get sweaty under it when working. I found it very comfortable to wear for motorcycling and helped me keep a better posture.
