Easy to apply and have now used this for the last 8 years. I travel to far east and tropical destinations and have never been burnt. I follow the instructions and apply first thing in the morning to ensure it has 15 minutes before putting clothes on and it last all day no matter how many times I swim. Brilliant product highly recommend.

Does what it says on the tube. Ratings appear to be spot on. My favourite and reasonably priced.

My wife and I have been using Calypso for a few years now. It was cheap but getting more expensive as more people find out about it I guess. Cover yourself in a decent coating, let it dry off inside for 15 minutes or so and you are good to go for the day. Doesn’t stain your clothes, in and out of the pool no problem, it really is good stuff

Firstly this stuff does give good protection.However, it has a chemically smell and feels wrong when it is applied.So it works, but I shall not buy it again.

Highly recommended. I've never burnt whilst using it. Weve always showered before application using a simple soap and on the first day we apply a 2nd coat. Saves messing around during the day with reapplying and can go in and out of the pool with out worry

The lotion does have quite a strong chemical smell when you put it on but I found it very easy to apply. I had no issues with using it, applying it just the once for the day, albeit I was only out in sun for about 5 hours a day over a 5 day trip. Would certainly recommend considering it was so easy to apply and it certainly was a lot easier for me than using the usual lotions.
