Better than most other fryer cleaners I have used. I liked the way it cleaned and was easy to clean up after it did its job. I would recommend this for fryer cleaning; I also used it in my sinks to soak other greased up products.

I used this to clean my fry basket. I of course have cleaned t before but could never get rid of all the grease. It is a aluminum silver colored basket but the basket has not been silver for many years due to the grease. This product is legit. I used a large pot to clean the basket using this product because I had already cleaned the fryer which is relatively easy to clean. Also the large pot I used could allow the basket to be almost completely submerged. This product allowed the basket to appear to be completely free of grease residue and completely silver colored again. I would say it is hard to believe how well this works. I was skeptical before ordering and using, but it does work very well. No additional scrubbing as needed but I did leave the basket in the boiling liquid a lot longer than the time specified. I highly recommend this product.

Great product does not foam up and over flow like the last stuff I had cleans very very well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It has no smell and it’s really good for build up carbon in the fryers. Gets the job done and it’s good on tough surfaces.

We use our deep fryer regularly. I hate cleaning that huge thing out. This stuff works perfect and makes it so easy. I wish I would of known about this stuff years ago. Would have save me tume and frustration when cleaning our deep fryer. Most of the caked on grease residue is so easy to clean now.

We have a church fish fry event every Friday where we go through easily 300 pieces of hand breaded fish as well as french fries and hush puppies.....at the end of each night we let the fryers cool and the next morning we drain oil and then start the cleaning process... this fryer cleaner we found out works just as well without the boil method... because we did not want to wait longer for the hot water to cool... we filled with hot water and the cleaner solution and let sit for 30 minutes... do a little scrubbing then drain... followed by two hot water pours.... the third Hot Water Rinse we do a little touch up with soapy water and then final rinse......both our fryers come completely clean....no actual scrubbling was needed.... I will recommend this to everyone

Stuff works good. Use in 35 lb fryer, cleans up boils out good
