Creamy consistency, lathers well and smells nice.

The bottles are huge. The pump to my conditioner doesn't work however I chose not to return it. This took a long time to come in as it was shipped via postal mail and the seller is not connecyed with Amazon. I did message the seller because I didn't think I recieved the product and hadn't checked the post office as I was expecting it via ups. The seller never returned my message. The shampoo and conditioner make my hair so silky soft. Recommend the product but not the seller.

I’ve only used this Jamaican Black Castor Oil shampoo and conditioner once so far, so I’m giving it 3 stars for now. First impressions: it left my hair feeling incredibly soft, shiny, and silky. I was also pleasantly surprised by how smooth and healthy it made my son's hair feel too.That said, I’m holding off on a higher rating until I use it more consistently to see if it truly helps with hair growth, which is my main goal.However, I do have one concern: the product is advertised as sulfate-free, but when I checked the ingredients (which I’ve shown in my photo), it clearly contains sulfates. That’s very misleading and disappointing for those of us who are trying to avoid them. Transparency in labeling is important!Overall, I’m impressed with the immediate results, but I’ll be watching closely to see how it performs over time and I do hope the brand clears up the sulfate confusion.
