Leaks from each and every joiner and threads are not correctly done. I wish I fitted it as soon as I received it, would be able to return and get refund. I am just so annoyed after that I spent on the product.

This is even more beautiful than I expected. It was packaged really well too. I haven’t installed it yet but it is beautiful and very thick durable metal. The colour was just as pictured as well. Very happy with my purchase!

I have to admit I wasn't very hopeful for plumbing supplies bought off of Amazon. But I was pleasantly surprised by this I had a local plumber install it for me because I have a complicated bathtub and it's amazing. I would recommend at the very least a suction cup mount so you can hang this off of the wall. I imagine it would get very annoying to have to hold it the entire time you're showering.

Came packaged very nicely, great color, will be easy to clean if you have hard water at all. Overall it out did my expectations, very happy!
