Great test, easy to use and very straightforward. And got the results really quickly.

It took them a few days to confirm receipt of the samples and I got a little worried because a saw a few bad reviews. I contacted customer service. They got back to me right away with confirmation of receipt and then 3 days later I got my results. All in all, the test was affordable, customer service was responsive, and results were pretty quick. I recommend using them.

I feel like they false advertise to make you believe you'll learn all sorts of things-- even when I was reading the product after it arrived in the mail. This ONLY tells you that health thing- I read reviews after, and learned I was not the only one who felt this way

This is my first ever 1 start review on Amazon. If I could leave a 0 start then I would. I would not recommend this to anyone. I purchased the test 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the email containing the results. I have spoken to their support team and frankly they do not know where the test is or what is happening. Very unreliable.
