I gave this backpack to my daughter for a christmas gift and she use it up until yesterday that she came home and the straps on top are coming un sewn. This product or at least the one I got is not sewn strong enough. I would have to say don't spend your money on it. I have bought purses in the dollar store that have last me for years and have never become un-sewn.After writing to the company's customer service who were very prompt in answering me and giving me a small solution. They could only offer me was to refund 20% of the price. I will have to have it repaired but it will cost me more than the 20% they refunded to me.I guess this item is like the lotto, sometimes you get a good one and sometimes you don't.

I got my bag two days after I ordered and I've had it for a week now. I love the bag and it seems pretty strong too. I t had two bottles holders and a place for your laptop too!
