This stuff works for me, a glass early evening does help me sleep better

Very expensive, but taking this supplement a few hours before bed does reduce the amount of pain I get in my calf muscles during the night, due to poor circulation and fibromyalgia. Better than other magnesium supplements I've tried

MegaMag Calmeze is a high-strength magnesium formulation containing the amino acids glycine, taurine, l-theanine, and l-glutamine. It also contains vitamin C, vitamins in the B group, calcium, sodium, potassium and trace elements of other substances. The result looks like a fine, pinkish-coloured powder. You spoon it into a liquid and stir, then drink it cold. It’s wonderful stuff. You don’t need more than a spoonful per day, but you can’t O/D on it. It acts as a natural painkiller and has multiple immune-boosting effects. The only downside is that it’s moderately expensive, but worth every penny.

I have been taking this for years. When I have a break my sleep detioriates. Iv tried the other flavours but this is my favourite. It tastes fine very palatable. I think these things taj Ke a while to get in your system so I would recommend you use it for at least 3 months. It was originally prescribed for me by a well qualified nutritionist. I’d totally recommend this product ( it’s not a miracle but does have benefits for me anyway)

I have used this product for 3 years. It has so many excellent supplements in. So why the 3 stars? Because of the sweeteners including maltodextrin which is a big no no. I want a health supplement without maltodextrin but I continue using it as I hope the good outweighs the bad. To buy all of these supplements separately would be so costly

I have stage 4 cancer and purchased this product as my magnesium levels were too low and I was so lethargic, since using this I am so much more alert, I no longer nap in the day and my levels are back to normal.

Recommended by a nutritionist to take this to help with anxiety and sleep problems and find it really works for me. It's a good way to get some extra B vitamins too. Easy to take although I find it a little difficult to get to the powder when it gets near the end despite the plastic dosage implement having a longish handle. I just tip it into the new one I buy. I've tried both raspberry and chamomile and like them both equally.
