Everything was satisfactory about the purchase. They got all the customization correct and it looks really nice and I’ve used it many times already.I recommend this product.

Shame on me for not checking out the reviews before making a purchase. I was in a time crunch to order some custom self inking stamps for a school project. When I came across these stamps, I thought I found the perfect stamp and placed my order for 26 of them...yes, over $300 spent. The stamps arrived in time and the ease of use and ease of reading the stamp was good, however, the quality was horrendous. After only 1 or 2 uses, the stamps broke and were not usable for our school project. The students, parents and teachers were so disappointed in the items. NEVER ORDER THESE STAMP UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW!

I looked for a way to contact the company before leaving a bad review, but there is no way to contact them. Red flag. I ordered this to use on my Christmas cards. Nine cards in, a piece snapped off and the stamper fell out. Now I have to handwrite the return addresses and I am out the money I paid for this. And no way to contact seller since this is a "non-returnable" item. No recourse. Next time I'll buy a more expensive one that is not made of cheap plastic that breaks when a 51 year old woman with arthritis pushes down on it.

I ordered an address stamp and received it in record time. Part of the stamp was misspelled and the company reprinted it and made a new one in again in record time. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much for the great customer service! Will buy stamps from you again in the future. : )

I loved this stamp so much that I purchased another one-- and plan still to get another custom stamp from this company. Works well with a quick message on student's work.

This stamp was exactly what I wanted and worked well for a few stamps. Then, a piece broke off in the mechanism and it no longer works as designed. I salvaged the stamp part and can use that way but is messy.
