Very bad purchase, No refurd my money back, The seller is ignored me, Amazon didn't help me:(((
This time it was a very bad purchase.I bought it with a small crack(#1!), almost invisible, which grew into a larger crack(#2!)(some pictures-evidences).Although this line crack is also invisible when the computer is running, this crack can only be felt by touching your fingers or in the light at an angle. Possibly, this crack was on the entire screen but I didn’t see…:(#3 -Work speed is low.#4 - Max Screen Resolution - only 1920*1020 , but on the Amazon page there is other information - 2560 * 1600:(. I have some screenshots-evidences.#5- I was advised and I do not recommend anyone to buy a laptop with a touchscreen. They are very fragile.The seller didn’t mention it in the description and I didn't notice:( I have some pictures-evidences:(#6- I recommend not buying an item-renewed if the item has only 1 rating..:(. I'm getting ready to leave my review.#7 - absence of original packaging from the manufacturer - both inside and outside.1)The seller is ignored me: don't reply:(2) I din't receieved my money back:(3) Customers Servies (Amazon) didn't help me:(4) I spent a lot of my time and money - $793:(I'm very upset!:(((

Nice laptop
It’s very light, easy to use, great screen. Why aren’t colors in? It’s black which I just hate. I think people would be a lot happier with more colors. Otherwise this is a great lapto.

Everything is good except the battery
I ordered one and 6 days after it comes.The product includes laptop and adapter (no pencil).I power on the laptop with the adapter and setup my MSFT account.The laptop is sleek and beautiful, everything is perfect until I move the laptop to my bedroom.Then I found the battery is dead because of no adapter no power.Not sure if it is one special case and I decide to return it.
