Outstanding review resource for the endocrine board. All my co-fellows have it. Read before board!!. Important topics are covered in bullet format that made an easy read. Book ends with excellent tables packing a lot of information. I was worried about other reviews reporting gramatical errors but they are minor and I really don't care. Recommended if you have time and really wants to ace the board...

This book really had the potential to be great. Thought it was going to be a mksap for endo boards but alas no. First it is written in bullet point style almost like notes one would take when going through a question bank hence a bit disorganized.i.e we talked about cah in pg 11/12, then again we are talking about it again in pg 27. There are a lot of grammatical errors which can easily be corrected by the reader. My biggest problem is the use of words/phrases in the wrong place, i.e. pg 20 agonist used instead of antagonists, pg 26 use of primary hyperparathyroidism twice when primary hyperaldo was intended. If you have a good enough back ground knowledge you will probably do ok with it as one of your resources. The tables in the back are great and I will keep the book for that reason. If this book can be written mksap style, with adequate editing and organization, it will certainly occupy an unfilled niche.

This book is a gem. I used it to review all the topics the week prior to my Endocrine Boards and I don't regret it. Even after the boards I still use if for general review whenever I have challenging cases in my clinic. It is a little extensive but it's worth it both for board preparation and daily clinic cases. Highly recommended.

I used this review as my primary source to study for my Endocrinology Board, and I passed the exam! Endocrinology is a beautiful but tricky specialty that has many gray areas/topics that can be hard to study for. This book tackles these topics in an effective manner providing you with the necessary information and details to get the questions right. It is simple, straight to the point and easy to read yet at the same time it is complete and thorough. Rest assured that it has everything you need to know for the board exam. I highly recommend this review!

Very happy with this book. I passed the board with flying colors with help from the little red book. The end of the book has excellent algorithm and tables to review days just before the exam. Note style type of read. Few gramatical errors not a big deal in my opinionn. I filled the borders with even more information. AAA+
