Oh wow! This actually works! I was given a sample, one serving in 3oz of water. They put it in, stirred and drink it! No taste really at all so no gagging or grit etc. I waited 20mins before I ate something I knew I could finish normally. NOPE!! I literally left just under half of my chicken cesear salad! I add black olives, cucumber, radishes in this normal size. You will feel like, no, I'm done, and feel the need to just, "finish it stuffed!" Only used this every day for just over a month and, no chance to my diet just to see if it works, down 7 pounds in this month of using!!

Update: In the process of finding the dosage for me. No problem mixing. I just placed about two tbsp room temp water poured my scoop in closed jar grabbed my toothpick and stirred, mixed well no problem then I decided to mix in a tbsp of Dr. Mercola Liposomal Vit C and it’s so much better to drink. Thought I would share for new customers. The previous brand I purchased was good but too expensive for only 12 servingstwice a day.I started using Acacia Gum last month and I had ordered a different brand which worked but I decided to try this one because I read it was easier to mix and that it is. However, and am not yet sold on its quality.Noticing the effects is not the same. Might have to adjust measurements.My experience has been that this brand mixes very well with cold water, the previous brand was much harder. I have designated two small snack containers in which I place approx two tbsp of water, I place in refrigerator for the next day and all I do is pour a scoop into the cold water and immediately stir it without no gummy texture. Prior brand I ended up with gum in the container to which I added water, back to refrig and next day it’s clear. Learned tip from previous brand comments.

I use this for watercolors and it works great. It does get moldy within a week or so if left out so I keep it in the fridge for longevity. MUCH less expensive than premixed gum arabic!

Used this for my students to make their own watercolors. Worked very well, quality was amazing. Only thing is I wish it had a little more per package. I will definitely buy some more when we come back around to watercolors again!

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I ordered this acacia gum powder but was initially only planning on adding it to my smoothies and bone broth drinks to thicken them up a bit and help me feel full for a longer period of time. I decided to do a deep dive on the benefits (as well as side effects) since I was going to be putting it into my body. Article after article mentioned its use in cosmetics, hair care, moisturizers, etc. I like the idea of the trace minerals in acacia being put both into my body and onto it.As someone with sensitive skin who strives to stay away from chemicals and synthetics as much as possible, I decided to experiment with different ways to use the powder. I've discovered that putting a generous pinch in my hand and rubbing it with water until it's clear and smooth makes the most wonderful hair gel I've ever used. I've used mousse and hair spray for a very, very long time to give body to my baby fine hair. Well, this chemical-free wonder just replaced both of those products for me and gives my hair thickness and volume that I've never experienced before.I also put a tiny pinch in my hand, again dilute it with some water and rub until it's clear then put it on my face, neck and arms. Admittedly it can dry looking a little flaky but then I just gently rub water over my face and neck and work it in until the white flakes are gone or I'll use some hydrating oil if I'm short on time. I might be using too much powder so I'm still experimenting with this. I've done it before I've gone to bed and even if I've used too much of the acacia powder my face looks amazing in the morning and feels wonderfully hydrated.I've never used product before so I can't say this is better or than worse than any other brand but I'm very happy with my purchase.

It’s great product and when I was searching for a great a product to benefit my health, this was the one
