Panasonic KX-TG6821EB Single DECT Cordless Telephone with Answer Machine

The phone is well made and straightforward to set up. Competitively priced and the display is easy to read. Recommended.

I find this phone easy to use and the quality and ringtone is good unlike some phones I've tried. I've had Panasonic before and it lasted for years so I won't be changing.

I bought this as a brand new item and was initially disappointed when it arrived in a plain cardboard box with a printed label on the top, it wasn’t even sealed unlike most electronic items, so I suspect it was actually a refurbished item and not brand new. If I hadn’t needed it as an emergency I would probably have returned it at that point, however I did keep it as I was desperate. Having said that I am pleased with the phone overall, I like some of the extra features it provides compared to my old one. First few times I used it the sound quality was quite tinny but that did settle down. Took quite a while to set up all the features I wanted as some don’t work at the same time as others so was just trial and error to see what would work with what but I got there in the end. I would say my only dislike is that the stand is very upright so the phone itself doesn’t sit particularly easily in it and the slightest knock and it falls out. It’s a decent size and appears to be a good connectivity however only time will tell on that one as we all endure the digital switchover. Am happy overall but the packaging left a lot that needed explanation within the item description and there is room for improvement with the cradle design being more secure. Instructions could also be made easier to understand by saying which functions will not work together.

Excellent telephones and I am enjoying using them. Having four gives my home good coverage to be near a phone at all times. Buttons are a good useable size and screen large and clear.

I was very happy with these phones as they do everything I needed, answer machine, call waiting ,block calling if you need it and many other things so very happy , also i was pleased with the price

They look good and work fine but the volume on the base and phone units are not loud enough.
