3MVHB Tape 5952, 0.25 in width x 5 yd length

I tried this on the advice of a friend for window glazing—-amazing results!!!

I didn't use this tape, I ended up ordering more, due to this one being too narrow, would've had to use twice the amount of tape.

Used this on for my 2022 Tesla Model Y trunk lid application. I cannot be happier. I tried two other versions before this and they both failed. This particular #5952 tape is great for such installation and for such DIYs.

Strong adhesion for a double sided tape. It’s relatively thin so don’t plan on using it for big “gapped” areas.

This is not your typical double sided tape. It's more like the super version! Seriously, an extremely strong bond is formed! There are a couple things to be aware of though:It is not "scotch tape" thin. It is a little thicker, not an issue for most uses - but do not expect paper thin.It may stick too good. That sounds kind of like an oxymoron...tape that bonds too well - but if you think you may want to use this as a temporary solution, get something else. Seriously, only put this on something that you want to say put!Hands down the best double sided tape I've ever used.

Classic 3M VHB tape works great and adheres well.

Over priced poor adhesion
