Product will not boot up or charge or do anything at all. This item was delivered just before I left for a vacation and I tried setting it up only to run into repeated problems getting the keyboard to respond. In frustration I put it away until I returned and discovered that it indicates a low charge in the battery. I have plugged it in to charge to absolutely no effect. It will not boot up or do anything. The overall feel of the product is very cheap and it’s performance is nonexistent. I was robbed. Under no circumstances should anyone buy this trash. A total scam!

I initially bought it in June 26th 2023 and it has held up since. Great zippy laptop for emails/browsing the web.

I read a review that said the battery won’t hold a charge, but other reviews said it was a good computer so I went ahead and bought it. I did not like it from day one. The built in mouse is too sensitive and the cursor is always jumping all over the place. After three months of minimal use, the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. After four months, the battery has died and the computer won’t even work when plugged in. That’s it. It’s dead. There you go…$385 wasted. Can’t even find SGIN to order a replacement battery! If you buy this laptop, which you shouldn’t, be sure to get the warranty and be prepared for the hassle of using it.

At first I loved the laptop. Seemed like a great deal as I only use to play around on while watching tv. I don’t download anything or put pictures on it as I just wanted to browse the internet and emails. After a month of having it and only using it 4-5 times, now when I try and use it the screen blinks periodically. It’s goes to complete black then back to the regular screen. It make do it 10 times in a row, it may do it every few minutes or it may do it every 3 minutes. Very very frustrating when you’re just trying to browse the internet or read emails when the screen just blinks. I guess as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

So far I have had this computer for a year and it has held up very well. I’m going thought college to become and accountant so I need a computer I can trust and I can say so far I can trust it fully. It is starting to get slower but nothing to bad it just happens with age. But I’ll probably be looking for a new one here in a years or so.

I got 2 of these lap tops one for me and one for my Husband, his works really well but mine has a lot of problems the main one is it won't turn on most of the time, my husband has to fix it and then it will work some of the time, if I don't turn it off, he is out of town for 2 weeks and I have to use my old lap top as the new one will not let me on...:( not fun

I don't have alot of extra income and was excited to find a decent computer for a okay price, but have only had the computer 5 months and it is glitching so bad I can use it. The ratings on the reviews were not so low when I purchased it, but now seeing it is a common issue: DO NOT BUY. Wishing I would have seen that and not wasted my money.

I needed a new laptop, because my old one was too slow. This laptop has everything I need. It has a great battery life, starts quickly, and it has plenty of storage space. I am happy with my purchase!
