Neck Pain Gone!
I can’t believe I’ve finally found the answer to my neck pain! I’ve been suffering from neck and arm pain/tingling on and off for years since a baseball injury. I’ve tried physical therapy, pain pills, injections, and other traction devices, but until now, nothing has really worked this fast. Fisher Traction gave me immediate relief. I felt the pull force that I knew I needed instantly. I travel frequently because of work, so I wanted something I could take anywhere. Fisher Traction looks like the answer. It’s easy to set up, rolls up into the size of a softball, and weighs easily less than a pound. I was hesitant about the price, but it’s truly worth every dime. I strongly recommend this to anyone who has tried everything else; it is legit!

This product works great!
This product far exceeded my expectations. It just works and its as simple as that. It is helpful to have a yoga mat as well to keep you from sliding back.

Could improve
I am reviewing: Fisher Traction® Neck Pain & Headache Relief Device | Neck Traction for Pinched Nerves & Disc Bulges | Cervical Traction Device | Mobile Neck Decompression and Neck Stretcher Neck Unit w/Wedge I've had neck and back issues since the 80's. I've tried everything, and anything that helps even a bit is welcome. Ordering this, I believed it was for the neck only, but instructions show how to set it up and use it for neck or lower back. Overall, after using it one time I feel like there is noticeable improvement. But with that being said, there are some improvements that could make this an even better product. First, there are no doorknobs in my home. The loop would not stay on this handle, but I was able to get it to hold as shown in the photo. But this reduced the length of the strap. Instructions say to begin with feet touching the door, set the device up around your hips and then move back from the door until you begin to feel the stretch. Well, for me, at a height of 5'7", I didn't get far enough from the door to be able to relax my legs, even with a wedge under my knees. The strap has a hook and loop adjustment, but it is far too little. I tried letting it out, but it wasn't enough, and then the strap, which has nothing to hold the closure secure, slipped loose and banged into my door like a slingshot. The loop around the body is not going to fit a large number of people. It is quite small, and there is no adjustment. It could be wider and better padded as well. My hip bones were right about where the strap joins th padding and it was very uncomfortable. BUT, I immediately felt some pops, and the device relieved my lower backache after one use, and I didn't even do the recommended 20 minutes. Moving on to the neck. This is extremely awkward. Like viral video awkward, getting set up and situated to do the neck. The included support is not high enough for me. I used my own wedge, and got a better angle. Getting my head into the strap at an appropriate stretch was no easy task. Then, keeping a firm grip on the relief strap was very uncomfortable for both my arm muscles and my hands as the strap cuts into the skin. But you need to keep a grip on it so that you can control the pressure on your neck. Again, a wider or at least thicker padding would be an improvement. Overall, using this thing is kind of a challenge. But for sure it helps, so I'm going to try to stick with it. I will keep an eye on the listing and get another one if they make some updates to the design.

If it's not working you're doing it wrong!
I bought this item over 10 years ago and I still use it! I developed a bulged disc in my neck that came seemingly out of nowhere. I was in excruciating pain. I had pain radiating down my arm. Trips to the chiropractor did nothing. Over the counter pain relief did nothing. Fortunately I had access to a wonderful massage therapist at the time. She literally saved my life. However, the pain would resurface in just a matter of a week or two. During this time an ad for this product popped up on my social media feed. At the time it was only $100! I figured, I spend that much on a trip to the masseuse I might as well give this a try, and let me tell you it was definitely a Godsend! I lived in a trailer home at the time and the only good place to attach it was on the front door. I hooked it up and laid on my kitchen floor and literally fell asleep. I have no idea how long I laid there, my head was numb when I woke up, but my neck felt amazing! I have used this product as needed over the last 10 years. I have never had to return to the masseuse because of neck issues! Whenever issues begin to resurface I break it out and it works! HOWEVER, Fisher traction, you need to redesign the anchor point for this product. The reason it has worked so well for me is that I figured out how to anchor it lower than a standard door knob. This creates an effect that pulls your head forward instead of up in an uncomfortable position. I attached a small piece of wood to the red handle, and then wedge that in the door. This allows me to slide the anchor point up or down to wherever I feel is more comfortable. I think the reason I found immediate success with this is that the door knob in my trailer home was much lower than a standard door knob. I took this oroduct with me on a trip one time and hooked it up to the hotel door knob, which is several inches higher, and it created a lot of neck pain!

Suggested only if you can endure long recovery times
I was not prepared for the recovery time required to work out the painful muscle kinks afterwards.
