As good as a regular plates
I like the plates because of their strength and least impact on the environment. The size are great, and it stands up to the moistest food. Better than the foam plates my neighbor uses that fly across the neighborhood every garbage day.

Strong and thin
They are thin and strong. No problem holding cereal or going in the microwave. You can fit a lot of them in a small space. Would definitely definitely order again.

A great green product
I first purchased them for a family picnic and was initially impressed by their sturdiness and, of course, their compostability. I took some home to test them myself. They are very sturdy and won't collapse under a full plate of light foods. For me, the most impressive feature is their sustainability. I generally stack mine with mostly raw veggies, raw fruit, sandwiches, a hot dog, pizza, green salads, plain jello, etc. I live alone, so I'm all for saving water and a very quick cold rinse does a good job, as long as it was not stew, soup, pasta sauce. etc. They come in 2 sizes: 6" and 9." I currently use the 6" plates. but I'll order the 9", too, for those days when I need a sandwich AND salad, and even maybesome corn on the cob.

Sturdy
These disposable plated are sturdy and were the perfect size for a large family function in the home. We served a wet dish and there were no issues.
