This is magic
This is magic. It says on the box that is purely the sound of the sea. There is no music. But this is music. Nature's music. Nature is more beautiful than we can be with our artificial replacements. Here we have used our knowledge to create recording equipment used as it should be with respect and love for the sounds it is recording. It is so much more than a microphone placed the correct distance from the source of the sound. It is magic. It has been recorded with spiritual love to achieve the pure magic that nature gives us.

Helps one fall asleep at night
I have regularly found it difficult to wind down at night and so it has often taken me an hour or more to fall asleep. By listening to this CD just before I lie down I have found that I can now doze off in about 15-30 mins. I only need to listen for 10-15 mins with the lights off for it to have the desired effect. I would recommend this CD to anyone who has difficulty in getting to sleep or who just wants a disc to relax to at other times. It also seems to be useful for masking unwanted background sounds. The CD is well recorded and has no music or other seaside sounds which could be distracting or annoying.

Ocean Surf should be avaiable on NHS for relieving stress
Ocean surf is the most wonderful cd of surf I have ever heard. It is so theraputic. I found it so helpful to me when having headaches.Now I have reccommended and bought this cd for two other people. They have had trouble wIth stress and sleaping.I now have two very happy friends. They have found that this CD helps them to sleap and calms them down.It works like a deam.This is absolutely magic and should be available on NHS.

Ocean Surf
Having been disabled for many years and often finding it too painful to sleep at night this recording has been a friend for decades. Put it on repeat on the CD player and drift off - no other noises like squawking gulls or tooting porpoises - just the sea swishing the beach - wonderful.

Sublime relaxation
Absolutely wonderful. Blocks out the elephants upstairs and the noise of the surf helps me to sleep. I'm on my second disc which is getting worn out through constant playing. I'll buy a third.

So Soothing
This is just what I've been looking for! Relaxing, surf movement matches slow breathing, no background distraction. Have found it a very useful sound to aid sleep.
