Small bag
Excellent Matcha! I really enjoy the taste, great quality, great energy from this matcha, but *check the size of the bag! It was much smaller than I had expected! A lot of that is on me, but the bag is tiny. Highly recommend other than that!

Delicious!!
Best matcha I’ve had. Love that it’s ceremonial grade and the true bright green color matcha should be. I’m fine with the cost now having tasted the quality, so I’ll be purchasing this again.

Love this Matcha!
Creamy and smooth and not bitter or dry! Love this Matcha! I used to use Pique (which I still love) but I needed something more affordable and this it it! Gives me energy without the crash! 10/10 recommend!

Cymbiotika versus Pique
Cymbiotika will give you their certificate of analysis if you ask for it for heavy metals, toxins, etc and Pique will not give this information to the public because they don’t want anyone to “misconstrue” it. I thought that was a huge con for Pique.Cymbiotika however has much less matcha per serving. One serving of Pique has nearly double the matcha, something I wish I had realized before I got Cymbiotika.Very similar quality wise

Quality
High quality and fresh with a bright green color. Also has the least bitterness of any brand I’ve tried. Highly recommended.

Powdered matcha, convenient pouch - honest review
This review is honest, to the point, and dependable. I love tea. I drink all kinds and have been drinking it since I was a kid 45 years ago. I really like all kinds of tea including green and matcha, but it's not my favorite. I love black tea, especially Chai. The flavor of this tea is enjoyable. They tell you to use 1 tsp per 1-2 FL oz. The packet is not huge. 30 grams or about 1 dry oz. For a larger mug you are easily going to use 3 or more tsp. It is finely ground. The packet is convenient, but I much prefer leaf tea. Here's the part that's not so good. Because it's powdered, it leaves a powdery sludge at the bottom. It's a convenience that I would rather do without. Give me leaf tea. Otherwise it's not terrible as long as you don't drink that last quarter oz or so. I wouldn't buy it again, but I could see why some people would. As for the authticity of the "ceremonial quality", I leave you to decide. I honestly don't know why you would use powdered tea in a ceremony. Seems incredibly untraditional to me and ceremonies are all about tradition.
