I have used this scanner numerous times and it works very good I broke my screen and contacted them and they sent me a new tablet for a very good price that was already connected to my VCI box they are very helpful and reliable in the scanner works perfect I can't be more happy with them I would definitely buy it again if I had to but I'm so happy they replaced it for me

Great all around scan tool compare to other more expensive brands with some cool features

I have a 2017 T680 with a Cummins ISX15. This scanner does let you make updates to some of the Cummins engine parameters and reset trouble codes, so it does this stuff much cheaper than paying an annual renewal for Cummins Insite.However here are the bad things:* it seems the trouble codes it shows are not in the proper format for you to look up the issues. I end up using the codes I can read off my Samsara ELD to troubleshoot issues.* It WILL NOT communicate at all with the CECU or cab controller, so you cannot diagnose HVAC issues.* It WILL NOT communicate with the Bendix Wingman controller, so you would still have to pay $600 per year to rent the ACOM software to configure it. Plus buy the $1000 adapter and a laptop if you don't already have those.HOWEVER, THE WORST THING IS THE TOTAL LACK OF SUPPORT. This is why I gave it one star. It seems these guys have not helping you down to a science. If you submit a ticket through the device, you either get:1) ignored2) questions asking your truck make, model, and VIN--why doesn't the app submit that information too?then you never get additional responses.If you try to submit directly to them, they then tell you to submit through the app.Oh, and they will always tell you to load the current version of the software even though it has no changes that would help fix the issue you are having. Then you update it and then submit a ticket again and they ignore you.

I used this to pull SRS and engine codes on a 2007 Honda Odyssey, ABS and engine codes on a 2002 Toyota Sienna and engine codes on a 2018 chevy traverse. Worked fine on all 3 vehicles. Can pull and reset codes, some diagnostics tools available, varied between the vehicles which ones worked. Could run evap tests on the traverse to further diagnose the specific part. Basic live stream data options worked fine. Most you are going to get short of a bidirectional reader. It's an obvious Chinese product, light and cheap plastic feeling, so I wouldn't recommend it for heavy duty use.

Rather than paying someone else hundreds of dollars it's a lot easier to scan my own truck. It was able to read my 2012 Volvo truck with no problems but ran into issues detecting the ABS module on my friend's 2022 Volvo truck. I messaged product support and they got back to me within hours. They have forwarded my concern to their developers and I will have an answer/fix in a few days. So far so good. If they stay responsive and responsible for their product, the company will see lots of success. Also would be great to have a help document that outlines how to use the different functions. There is so much things you can do, it can be overwhelming for a new user.

Using this in my semi tractor helps with everything needed, cb, cell phone charger, everything a trucker needs for everyday uses.
