Value for money
Arrived quite a fresh example of battery, made on 12th July 2025. The battery is made in turkey, contrary to what one might expect Japan, UK, or EU. However, the quality is good, the battery had a voltage of 12.5v upon unboxing, after charging the battery and installing in the car (Mercedes W211), the voltage was at 12.8v. And it starts the engine effortlessly. Hopefully it will last many years! My genuine one (not AGM), lasted for 17 years, factory installed Mercedes genuine (varta).

Arrived fully charged, took old one out, put new one in and the car started.
Genuine Yuasa 9000 series, promptly delivered. Arrived fully charged, so I just took old battery out, put new one in, registered with intelligent battery energy management systems (BEM) and voila - the car happily accepted the battery, started (in 2C cold snap) and just worked. I did not need to charge it manually, or do any other preparations, etc. The battery is fresh - manufactured just a few months ago in Turkey. All electrical tests indicate perfect health. My car is BMW 116D M-Sport Diesel, the battery replaced the original one (genuine BMW) which lasted 11 years and would have worked a few more, but became unreliable in cold weather. One thing to be aware - on many modern cars (including mine), you MUST register a new battery with intelligent battery energy management systems (BEM) to get the full benefit of it. Eg you need to tell the car what you just replaced with. Individual instructions vary depending on your make/model.

battery failed lasted 2 months
fitted it on November 16-11-25 all good at first car was starting fine and used daily right up to morning of January 24-01-26 the battery failed to start the car, jump started the car all good the rest of the day then the following morning would not start the car again removed the battery replaced it with another battery no problem since changing the battery put this one on charge for 24hrs checked with a meter after charging reading 12.75v checked the next day 12.43v a week later 11.82v the battery has not been connected to anything sinse charging but has continued to loose charge daily
