nice and firm. I used this as flooring in my wife's Pilates studio and it is very easy on the knees and has a really strong grip when walking on it. Has a very good look and was easy enough to trim to fit. there was a strong stink to it at first but honestly i dont think there is any rubber matting that isnt going to have that smell. after about two weeks and a strong air freshener, its all but gone. i would say this is a great value and super simple to install. worth every penny.

I was hesitant about buying foam mats with rubber tops as I originally wanted all rubber mats. I have no clue why I settled on that as after buying these mats I have no doubts that foam and rubber is the way to go. These feel excellent to walk on over a concrete floor and if you're someone that wouldn't set off the link alarm at planet fitness for dropping weights, these will still hold up. I have a Smith machine that I wasn't happy about where I placed it after sitting on the mats for a week. After I moved it, there were dents in the mat but they slowly faded away with time. You can still tell where the machine was but I'm confident over time the dents will disappear. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase and glad I settled on these over horse mats.

Just what my home gym needed. They are easy to clean, thick, easy to install and can be use to cover any floor in your house.

Great grip and comfortable to work out on. My only complaint is that the interlocking parts aren't cut all the way to the end, so when you separate the tiles and edging from each other it's easy to pull rubber away from the foam. I've been using 3 months and there have been no issues with durability so far.

This flooring is excellent. I'm using it in my home gym and the 750+ lb cable/smith machine on it feels perfectly stable. The pieces blend together perfectly, so it's not easy to see where the tiles connect- giving a great seamless look. I bought 2 sets to cover a portion of my workout room and now I'm likely going to buy a couple more to extend it. Overall, I can't recommend it enough. I've looked at a lot of other brands and this one is excellent quality and a better price than most.

Absolutely think this is a great product for the cost. Light, easy to install, and absolutely no odor. I have bought several packages and love them... I converted almost my whole basement into a play area. Also, they are very comfortable to walk on.
