Was a bit dubious about the low price but I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness and quality

Not the highest quality, but got the job done. Wanted something to clean my solar panels without having to climb on the roof. Good long reach, and did the job. However, very difficult to retract for storage. Not a huge issue for me but be aware if you have limited space.

When the item arrived the item has a lot plastic parts some of which had broken, even though it was packed quiet well, the seller replaced the broken part, however I wish I had returned it for a full refund, when i came to use it the cleaning head just swivels round won't stay tight, the screw to lock the squeegee part wouldn't turn so couldn't adjust, the squeegee itself was faulty has the plastic grip couldn't stop it sliding from side to side, you couldn't remove the water correctly from the windows because of this, this item was advertised has heavy duty which is a joke. not worth the money

In terms of components, this is a functionally complete set suitable for cleaning ground and first floor exterior windows - in theory. In practice, the product is flimsy, not well thought out and after being used perhaps 6 or 8 times over 4-5 months, is ready to be thrown away. To give a balanced review, I have split observations in to negative and positive points:- Positive + Functionally complete, with a variable telescoping handle [twist to tighten, twist opposite direction to release] and a combination washer/wiper head. + Inexpensive Negative - The rubber blade in the wiper is hard and is not finished to a smooth surface - simply impossible to get it to wipe the window clean without leaving wet patches and smears... - The 3-part telescoping handle is particularly flimsy, but requires a fairly significant amount of tightness to lock to length - but then with even slightly wet hands the slippery finish makes it impossible to release and collapse back for storage... - The wash mitt is removable, but only one is supplied... a spare would have been nice - Even at full extension, the handle is *only just* long enough to allow me to reach the top of 1st floor windows - I'm 5'10" - and that requires arms held aloft to do so - becomes quite tiring after doing a whole house! Sum-Up This is a really nice idea in theory and some elements of the design - like the reversible head and the extending handle - should work well. In practice, however, the manufacturer has chosen to cut corners and prioritise low price over something functionally effective. You might get as many as 8-10 cleaning sessions out of this kit, but then you'll be throwing it away and looking for something of slightly better quality that will actually last.
