Following my lipo360 and fat transfer BBL procedure six weeks ago, I was given a Marena Recovery garment in a medium size. As the swelling decreased over the weeks, the garment became loose, prompting me to seek a replacement. I aimed to find a similar product with enhanced abdominal compression. Despite thorough research, I found the available reviews to be insufficient for a swift decision. I consulted Reddit reviews for this specific garment and found one review particularly helpful in informing my decision. The reviewer shared similar concerns, facilitating a more informed choice. This garment is comparable in comfort to the one provided by my surgeon. My measurements are 30 inches at the waist, 37.5 inches at the hips, and 22 inches at the thigh. However, these measurements do not align with the size chart. I opted for the medium size, prioritizing a snug waist fit while accepting a looser fit elsewhere. I am pleased with my decision and satisfied with the purchase. I recommend this product and advise potential buyers to carefully consider which areas of the body they wish to have compressed. The product arrived sealed with a clear note that once the seal is broken, it cannot be returned. This policy makes the purchase very risky, especially for an item like a faja where sizing can easily be off even with correct measurements. I paid over $170, and if the fit isn’t right, there’s no option to return or exchange—it becomes a complete loss. The sizing is unreliable, and the return restriction makes this product a bad purchase. I would never have bought it if I knew about this return policy. I do not recommend it.

Finally after trying 4 different types of “medical graded” I found the perfect one. Only thing is I wish it was a bit longer to have an easier fit around the torso. Good compression for after surgery while wearing the board.

This definitely compresses you in the right places. I like how the private area is open and don't have to zip and unzip when needing to use the restroom and it is big enough for comfort. The only thing is I thought the straps would be more comfortable with them being wider but, the placement digs into my skin even on the widest clasp. I places some gauze or cut up an ace wrap to tolerate this but, overall a good purchase.

I liked this one better than the one my doctor sold me for $250. It is relatively comfortable and the hole to go to the bathroom is wide so you don’t have to take it off. I can also roll up the legs easily if I’m wearing it under something shorter while recovering. The straps to rub my underarms a bit but I cut a piece of lipo foam in half lengthwise and stuck it under the bra and garment and that helps a lot. This is a great post surgery garment but it might not be comfortable for someone really tall since the straps are short in me and I’m 5ft.

Exactly what I needed. Very comfortable needed this for a plastic surgery recovery not too tight not too big very comfortable to sleep
