I was so disappointed because the heads will not stay on. So aggravated to brush when the head keeps falling off.

I bought this last year as a Christmas present and the heads didn’t stay on. Our return window had past since she was in Europe with it. I reached out to the company and they shipped us new heads that worked perfectly! She loves the product and the battery holds super long!!!

The toothbrush quit charging after 5 months. It was a t star rating until then.

Love this toothbrush so far. Only complaint is the on button has a tiny delay so don’t press again or it will go to the next setting. Kinda easy to push twice and then you have to keep pushing the button to get back to original setting. Battery life great, nice look.

I love the idea of these and how it actually works when I brush my teeth. But somewhere around half of the replacement heads fit loosely immediately or quickly become loose which makes it difficult or impossible to brush my teeth well. Others have noted this tendency as well. This is not only frustrating but with the cost of the replacement heads, it’s not cheap. Rather than changing the heads every 8-10 weeks as I would expect, I end up replacing every 2-4 weeks, and that’s if I can use them at all. I really want to love this and give it a 5 but I can’t.

Have used sonic for many years, was looking for a nonplastic option, to my surprise this is better than sonic, and cheaper,I had been getting the most expensive sonic model, but no more!

Toothbrush stopped working and wouldn’t charge after only 90 days. Not recommended. Trash.
