It works. It reduced my hunger and sweet cravings.

This is first time that I tried this brand. This combination of chromium and vanadium regulates my sugar levels in my body. Now my fasting level shows 93. I would like to lower this number to 83 on fasting. If I would manufacture this supplement, I would increase chromium in this product.

This is a big quantity of Vanadyl Sulfate for the price. They're 10mg tabs (and are quite small for those who don't like big pills).I used Vanadyl back in the 90s when I was lifting and ran across this again recently and got some. I take it with my meals that are more carbohydrate rich and it should help with insulin sensitivity (I'm in a cutting phase right now).I'm happy with the product and will keep using it for a while.
