Incredible stuff. The aroma hits you as soon as you open the jar. I suspected there wouldn't be much more than a hint of truffle, but it's most definitely present. Great stuff, and really really useful!

Sal con un fuerte olor nada mas abrir el frasco, el frasco no es grande pero dosificandola dura. Cambia el sabor de un plato con añadirla, ejemplo gulas con huevo ,con la sal supera el sabor del mismo.

Huele y sabe mucho a trufa, pero no le doy todas las estrellas porque al ser sal puedes dejar pelin saldos los alimentos si quieres el toque de trufa un poco potente
