My search for an awesome backpack for the gym came to an end after finding this one. This backpack is large - large enough to fit my weight lifting belt, squatting shoes, barbell pad, as well as other items. The only drawback or inconsistent thing I found was the shoe compartment. It is not large enough unless the shoes are very small. Otherwise, they will not fit into this compartment. I instead use this compartment to store other items.As the description indicates, this backpack is versatile and can be used for a variety of purposes. The first compartment is designed for a laptop storage. It is large enough to fit a large laptop, such as a 17 inch. I use this compartment to store my squatting shoes or other items I need for gym. The second compartment is large, wide and deep. My weight lifting belt fits very comfortably into this compartment - much better than in my former gym backpack. I can also fit other items into this compartment as well. There are also other pockets to store items in that are of considerable size.I would highly recommend this backpack to anyone needing a large one for traveling, for work, for school or for gym. It has a lot of space for people needing to carry a considerable amount of items.

I'm really loving this backpack! The deformation design is genius, and the laptop compartment is super protective. The USB charging port is so convenient, and the breathable mesh pads make it comfortable to wear. It's perfect for work, travel, or outdoor activities. Highly recommend!

This backpack is a wonderful backpack. It is a huge backpack and it fits almost everything that I needed. In fact it fit my motorcycle helmet, a laptop and some shoes, but it was a tight fit. This backpack was so wonderful. Someone actually stole it because it was so cool. Lol

Separate shoe compartment for my golf shoes so my clothes dont smell. The shoe compartment is not vented which is a downfall but you can leave the zipper open an inch or so. The straps are ok but could be padded better. I dont think I would over stuff this bag because the quality is good not great. I dont expect it to last more than a couple of years with daily use anyway. I did use it recently a 3 day gold trip and it was wonderful. Clothes laptop and shoes in it all through the airport and destinations very comfortably. I love the layout of this backpack. It is very similar to my Swiss army backpack but less unnecessary pockets.

This pack is rugged and has a variety of pockets and storage that allows you to tailor it to your specific travel needs. The bottom compartment easily holds my CPAP with cord and mask. I wrap the unit in a light towel for additional cushioning and there is still plenty of room. Has a laptop/tablet pocket and battery pack pocket as well. The variety of storage allows me to take my valuables, meds and critical items with me with ease. The airline can delay my checked bag, but this pack keeps me in the game by carrying those items that are essential for me to operate away from home. Since it carries my CPAP, it is considered medical equipment and does not count as a carry on. So I can take this and a carry on for short trips. It is just flat out awesome. Been travelling with mine all around the world and it's the best thing I bought for travel.

This backpack is great when we travel. Lots of pockets & a nice heavy duty handle to carry if you don't want to wear it

It was a tough sell for me to let go of my High Sierra backpack but it just couldn't quite fit my 17" laptop. This backpack fits it with room to spare. Lots of well designed pockets and the bottom 'shoe' compartment is perfect for my toiletry bag, it also expands to allow you to use this space in the main compartment. Makes it super easy to get to without having to unpack half the contents. The charging and headphone port is a fun concept but really don't find myself using it. There is charging everywhere and everything uses Bluetooth for headphones now. Very comfortable and holds enough I used it as my only bag for a week in Mexico.

Thabk now i have to buy ANITHER BACKPACK THAT ACTUALLY PROTECTS A LAPTOP. Im not impressed. There isn't even a specific pocket for a laptop. No protection or padding on the sides. The back padding is super thin. The main pocket is the only place for a laptop. Great so now my laptop will be in the middle of 1 gIant pocket with not protection. Ill be sending this bag back. Not worth the $50 FOR A BACK PACK NOT A LAPTOP BACK PACK. TIRED OF THE SCAMS ON AMAZON
