CGP stand head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to revison guides and other materials. It is very user friendly for both teacher and student (I'm an English tutor) and has a structure which students will be familiar with regardless of whether they're studying science or English so that new subjects will be absorbed more easily and seem less intimidating.

I bought this book as I was coming up to my GCSE English language assessment and I was uncertain of the key points in the story and any main things that I needed to know. This book was the BEST TJING I EVER BOUGHT related to my GCSE's it helped me massively as it is very clearly laid out and was an excellent help. THANKS to who ever created this book!!!!!!!!!!!

In excellent condition for a used book so couldn't be happier with supplier. My only reason for marking down 1 star is that now GCSE specifications for English have changed (for those taking in summer 2017) the CGP guides have been updated to reflect this. This is the older version and front cover is not illustrated as shown in picture. Have looked on the CGP site and inside a book and there are some minor changes in the publication so this version will still be good as a revision tool.
