First time I have been taking a supplement almost daily . It’s been about 3months so far. I will say it helps w/ your sex life and my cycle has been like clockwork. The size is not too big for me. Didn’t notice any effects on my hair. The taste is fishy and will turn urine neon yellow. Durability is good .

I had never experienced any kidney issues before using this supplement. However, on the second day after taking it, I felt a sharp pain in both of my kidneys. At first, I didn’t take it too seriously, but when I took the supplement again the next day, the pain became unbearable. I immediately stopped using it and scheduled an appointment with my doctor. It turns out that something in the ingredients was severely affecting my kidneys. I can’t imagine what might have happened if I had continued taking it! Please be cautious and pay close attention to any side effects.

I took these for 2 months, and 2 things I noticed; during my fertility window, I was dry AF, no cervical mucus at all, and this last window complete opposite. Second thing, I noticed my periods were heavy and my cramps were unbearable. Now it's back to normal. Regular flow, cramps are regular. Honestly, I'm just gonna let my body take care of itself

Taste is awfully fishy, may cause intermenstrual bleeding.
