Useless - thin, fragile, disintegrated on first use

As the August 18th reviewer noted, these are shipped as completely flattened tubes that you have to carefully peel apart from base to tip. I managed to do that without breaking it. I then carefully rolled it down/on, and tried to unroll it off, and it shredded into 3 pieces. Certainly don't trust them for protection, endurance, etc.
