So first off these look like they’re good quality. My initial purpose for buying these is because I wanted to use them for my parents tent that’s pretty thin and won’t do too well. These will be perfect!

We bought these to take with us when we're camping and we need to reduce the amount of airflow in our tent during cold weather. Any tarp would be fine, we chose these because they are the size we needed and we hoped the reflective side would aide in helping with the retention of body heat in the tent. We found that these tarps unfolded easily, laid flat and were generally easy to work with. The edges are finished nicely, and we have no reason to believe that these tarps won't last us for years to come.

Heavier than expected, that's a good thing. Well reinforced. Added a hundred foot hank of para cord and it's ready for service. This is not a lightweight backpack item. More for a car kit.
