Hinges and Steps Squeak Feeling Unsafe
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This ladder after a few weeks of intermittent use started to squeak. Had to apply WD40 to improve the glide of the hinges. Some of the steps also squeak and feel unsteady which made me feel that it is unsafe to use. I did not use WD40 on the steps.

Good price, sturdy, lightweight.
Needed a taller ladder and this one fit the bill. Good price, relatively light, and seems to be very sturdy after many uses.

Not even legs
I had to figure out padding under one of the legs because it was not even. I thought at first the pavement was uneven but after using it at multiple survives I realised one of the legs padding was uneven. So I had to substitute with an additional padding. I guess that’s why it was on sale
