These supplements seem to be a good product. The actual amount of NAD is less than the 1600 mg but is still a higher amount than a lot of other brands offer. The additional supplements that are in these are necessary for efficient absorption of the actual NAD, whereas others aren’t as efficient because the body can’t absorb the NAD as well without the right means of delivery to the body

I started taking Liposomal NAD+ since the beginning of July 2023 for about 3 weeks now. Prior to taking this supplement, I was feeling tired all day. I took this for 2-3 full months to allow time to notice any effects. I stopped when I became more concerned about seed oils. Because of the seed oils, this probably did me more harm than good as seed oils are inflammatory.
