Great product
Nice colors and good quality PLA. So far used 5 colors all with good experience and no defects.

Looks great, wound great
This nostalgic beauty took 8 hrs to print. The spool is wound mechanically just like thread and I didnt have to babysit the machine after the 1st layer. I did have a little trouble with bed adhesion, but I just started 3d printing three days ago. I just turn my fan down to 50% for the 1st layer and brim and worked like a charm. Can't wait to print my marble run. I wished they sold this in fast change so I could do small figures in the same colors

a bit rough on the nozzle, and not as many colors as advertised
This stuff glows awesomely, but it's a tad on the rough side, and if you have a lot of nozzle drags over it, the roughness can wear your normal brass surprisingly fast. Still worth it for how cool the glow in the dark looks, but mechanisms with print in place elements can feel "gritty", and brittle.Color shift is way less pronounced than advertised, mine so far has been almost entirely green, and I've yet to get at any of the blues or oranges in my prints yet. The glow is bright, but not the longest lasting, but works a treat for fishing lures if you charge them with a light before casts.Besides the fact that it's not as rainbow-y as advertised, it's great glow in the dark filament.

Works great!
I wasn't expecting much but the material works great. I've had no issues at all printing with them on an older Ender 3. If you're having issues, I would suggest drying out the filament/spool first. I use an old Oster toaster, run it at just shy of 150F or warm for about 30 minutes. Also make sure you're using a newer extruder nozzle, it makes a difference (Brass - 0.4mm). I'm also printing on glass and use the Elmers purple glue stick and my prints stick on really good. To take off the print if it's really stuck on, I'll use a water/alcohol mix in a small spray bottle and spray the edges of the print. Then I'll use a metal spatula to help push it off and let the alcohol/water work it's way under. If it's easier, sometimes I'll take off the printing bed cover with the print and pry it off at a table. Another tip, if the print is thin enough to fit an angled snipper, I'll use the snippers to gently pry one end of the print off the cover. Once it lifts off a little bit, the whole print should start to separate. My settings are: extruder at 215C and bed at 55C.

Probably not worth the effort needed for a casual 3D printing user
I wanted to like this PLA (the Gold / Silver / Copper pack). It seemed to be the ideal choice for what I needed. Unfortunately, it just required more effort to get a good result than I was willing to put in.Visually, the filament looks great, and when I persuaded it to print successfully I was satisfied with the result. The challenge came with getting that successful print. I'm not sure if it's due to limitations with my printer (an Ender 3), my environment (Florida, albeit in an air conditioned room), or the PLA itself but I was getting a > 50% print failure rate with this when my normal failure rate with most other filaments I've tried is < 10%. It was particularly frustrating that each of the colors needed the print settings tuned individually to get an acceptable print of the same object. The most common challenges I had were as follows:* Adhesion issues. This was by far the most frequent. While the filament sticks to itself well, it often failed to stick to the printing bed. It was inconsistent though. After tuning the temperature to a value that worked well for me (205 or 210 depending on color, not the 220 stated on the spool itself), it varied between failing to stick, and sticking so tightly that the piece broke when being removed from the build plate. Printing a raft helped... except when it didn't.* Stringing. At the stated temperature of 220, there was a huge amount of stringing. This was significantly improved by using a lower temperature but still occurs as low as 200.* Snagging. Several failed prints were the result of what appeared to be situations where the filament got caught under itself on the reel. I have no idea how that happens, especially not when it occurs part way through the reel. When it did so, the strain was sufficient to break the filament.* Clogging. In a half roll of filament, the print nozzle got clogged three times. I did wonder if that was a problem with the extruder nozzle, but was able to print without issues using other (Hatchbox) filament.Hopefully this was just an issue with the specific batch(es) that were in my shipment. Overall I found that the challenges working with this were sufficient that I probably won't try using this filament again unless no other options are available.

This is a great rainbow filament with quick-ish turn over.
I love this filament. It looks pretty white in the day light so I was able to use it for my big Pokémon print where it called for white bits for the shell and the claws. I used a black light to make the various colors pop for the picture. All the MIKA3D rolls I have received have been top notch and wound really well. I tend to gravitate to them for filament when I see they have a roll of whatever particular filament I'm looking for.

Very satified with MIKA3D Filament
First of all I have to say we (me and my 10yo son, are pretty new to 3D printing. We are using an Ender 3 S-1 printer. We have printed about 25 to 30 projects before using the MIKA3D filaments. We bough the 12 bright silk colors box. My son wanted to try printing small toys and gidgets of different colors and we thought this pack woul be a great choice. The colors are great, pretty bright and vivid. We had absolutely no problem using the usual 200 nozzle/60 bed configuation. We made sure the bed was levelled. By the way....just make sure you perform your Z axis and Z offset when your nozzle and bed are at required temperature. The prints came out perfectly and with all the details. We had not adherence problem at all, even with small parts not having a brim.So as our experience is limited, I can't compare with many others........but they really perfomeed as well as the more expensive filaments we are using.I will reorder different colors....and we are eager to try a fluorescent and a light in the dark filament from MIKA3D!

Fast change but…
So im gonna start with the good: its pretty fast change rainbow. Not the fastest ive ever found but still really good. Getting at least 2-3 colours on a 50% crystal wing dragon with 5% infill.However.Two of the three were sodden. Completely unusable until dehydrated.Even after dehydrating the yellow sections just seemed to hold the most moisture and snap even after a day in the dehydrator. One was tangled out of the bag.The air seal on two where fine (Although they were actually the wet ones) and one was like someone had just thrown it in the bag and sealed it. So you cant even judge if its going to be wet that way.The price is… okay. You’re technically getting 1.5kg so thats fine especially for fast change.

Très bon produit
Pour les initiés , le changement de couleur s'effectue tous les 5 mètres ;-)

Avoid if you don't want hassle
Sticks ok but the gold and copper just a pain to work with. You'll waste more time on settings, cleaning nozzles and taking apart and cleaning the extruder. Also only 500 grams rolls and honestly not worth it.
