I like the ease of assembly for this product. I also appreciate the large volume of water it can hold. One of the features that I really appreciated was the light that indicates how filled the bowl is. It reflects through the water giving a very easy to view status on water level.My cats love to drink from both the spout and where the water hits on the bowl.The bowl holds a lot of water and is good for a multi pet household . This water bowl runs silently and smoothly the flow of water is steady. The design of the bowl eliminates the worry of the bowl tipping over.Unlike other flowing water bowls I have used in the past this one was easy to clean. Breakdown cleaning and reassembly was so simple. If you are holding off on getting an automatic water bowl because of concern on the cleaning process I urge you to please get this bowl for your pets. The ease of operation and maintenance left me feeling pleased with this purchase.I believe I got a great value for my money. This product also came in a timely manner.

I have 5 fur monsters. 2 large dogs & 3 cats. My cats were constantly pushing their bowl off the counter or washing themselves in it then drinking from the kitchen sink. My dog's bowls were constantly needed cleaned due to shedding or kibble falling in. I made sure to order a large enough size so they could all share. It took 2-3 days for everyone to warm up to it & get the hang of the little spout, but now they all love it! The filter is great for keeping the water fur free, my cats no longer try to drink from the sink. The water is silent when coming out of the spout. If I start to hear the bubbles/babble of the water, I know it's time to refill their bowl. Kinda bummed there wasn't a larger size like a 6L. I normally have to refill their bowl a maximum of twice within 24hours. Before I dealt with multiple bowls & was refilling them every few hours. I like that my pets can have clean, fresh water & I don't have to worry about them running out while I'm at work.

my cat, who comes running at the sound of a faucet being turned on and likes to sit on the edge of the tub while I shower, loves it. she may even love playing in it more than she likes drinking from it. the fountain is very quiet, but still provides a slight trickling sound that I find peaceful.I really like how the fountain is a cute color but still clear so I can see the water level. since this is a one-cat household, I clean it every Sunday and the water lasts all week (it would definitely last longer, but I like to make sure to start the week with a clean fountain for her).I also like how the water pools at the top, it gives me peace of mind should the power go out while I am away. I would highly recommend, especially if you are away a lot as I never worry about her going thirsty!

Bought it as a second water fountain for my kitties, so far it works well! The fountain is pretty easy to clean, but the filter is somewhat tricky, there's just so many parts. It does seem to keep the water fresh, and the kitties use it as much as the other water fountain so they must like it! It's also extremely quiet, which is amazing since the other one has a loud pump lol

I bought two fountains (one black and one pink) for my cats as a Christmas present and can say it is worth the purchase after having it for almost half a year. One thing to keep in mind is that the fountain needs to be plugged in to a power source at all times to work, so if you would prefer a fountain without wires please keep that in mind. Placement of fountain will also be limited as a result. Also, once the fountain is low on water it does start to make more noise, a blend of mechanical and the water running, but this issue can be quickly resolved by filling the fountain up with more water.In regards to pros: The fountain is very easy to maintain. The pump needs to be cleaned, and the carbon filter has to be changed out often (the foam filter monthly), but the fountain is easy to take apart to do the cleaning and the changing of the filters. My cats drink enough water that I have to fill up the fountain to the maximum line once a week, but it's easy to fill up the fountain again with water, too. The water is always cool and refreshing as a result of constantly running through the fountain system. The fountains look nice around the house and make for a good addition as well as keeping my cats hydrated. The customer service is also very quick to respond. Would highly recommend this fountain as long as you are good on keeping up on maintenance and are willing to extend the extra cost of purchasing extra filters in the future!

2 L sounds like a significant capacity for one cat. And it is. The vessel is not huge and I actually like that. Lifting dumping and refilling is going to be a breeze. The set up was done within minutes. The most Time consuming part was rinsing the charcoal filter before installing it. This unit is quiet and it is easy to see the water levels and the cat was immediately interested.

I've had it for two months. It works well so far. I like how much water it holds.I just cleaned it and replaced the filters. It wasn't too hard. If you have hard water like me, you'll want to mix in a little vinegar with the water and use a pipe cleaner (not included) to get all the gunk out.When I first set it up, I was stunned by how silent it was. The faucet part is copper, which I appreciate because of its antibacterial properties (look it up).The company has good customer service, good instructions, and they even promise to send a replacement pump once it dies.I'm hoping for a long lifespan.

Deze fontein is echt super stil. Ik heb vergelijk met mijn vorige fontein en daar hoorde ik altijd wat 'gekletter'. Bij deze hoor je echt niks. Mijn kat ging er ook meteen uit drinken. Het is ook heel fijn dat je kan zien hoeveel water er nog inzit, eerst moest ik altijd de bovenkant optillen om te kijken, echt heel handig.Ik kan deze dan ook echt aanraden.

This is a great pet fountain - extremely quiet, looks great & helps encourage more drinking!It is so easy to set up and also holds a decent amount of water without being bulky & too big.Filters are easy to replace & all comes apart for cleaning.

Super fontaine à eau, très bien étudiée. Le moteur est complètement silencieux et je trouve (on verra bien sûr à l'usage) que la façon dont il faut couler l'eau, avec un débit très régulier, qu'il donne une impression de solidité. La lumière bleue est parfaite, pas agressive du tout. Et l'indication du niveau d'eau est très pratique. Bref, c'est parfait !

Très esthétique, pas bruyante et mon chat l’a de suite adopté.
