Nice pool. I had a smaller one a couple years back. Love this one. The neighborhood kids love to get in and swim. Not too deep for the little ones. Perfect!

The good part of the review- package arrived in one giant box on a pallet. Good communication by email and text about specific date and time package would arrive. Deliver driver left it under my carport since it was raining that day. Very nice design on pool liner, seems like very thick vinyl (only when we use and fill up will be able to determine that!).The bad review Very small thin booklet with very vague set up instructions. One video said 30min set up. Took over 3 hrs with 5 people working to get the frame up. Pool frame locking pins had to be adjusted ourselves because they were pushed into the poles and not ready to use on a few of the poles. Then the liner didn't align up with the frame as we connected it so we had to feel and guess where the push pins was to get it connected. The last horizontal pole of the frame was very long, 6-8inches to long, so there was no way to connect it.There is no customer service number to call and get assistance only emails so no quick response. Then the sand filter and pump had very vague instructions, most of the pipes that came with the pool kit didn't even fit the pool filter. I had to use my own pipes from last pool and adapters to connect it all together. Still have to figure out how to stop one very tiny leak on the pipe where the water goes into the sand filter because no adapter I have found will fit it to get a good seal. If I didn't get these pool at a decent price during winter and I had already put so much time and effort into this I would be returning this. Pool filter not able to keep up with such a large pool. Wish I could returnNow 1 month after set up sand filter is leaking, no one from customer service will return call or email

Glorious! Easy to set up, easy to keep clean. I used a large sand filter/saltwater system, kept it crystal clear all summer, without adding a single chemical. I seriously love this pool (and don’t hate summer anymore!). Absolutely no complaints, it’s perfect.

I purchased the Evajoy 16’ X 48” pool/sand pump filter set over 3 months ago:I waited to write this review. Because I was also hesitant on purchasing. I spent a lot of time reading reviews on pools. I was cautious due to the mixed reviews. Ultimately I ordered through Amazon because of the warranty. I am overall very happy with this pool and sand pump filter.I did have some issues-1. The ladder was missing the screws and nuts. Amazon customer service said they couldn’t just send the parts. They originally asked me to package everything back up and they would send a new one. I let them know I was not going to attempt that. Folding a pool and fitting back in a box is not easy. Also how would I transport a 300lb box!? That was a turn off for me, as I needed simple screws and nuts. They ended up shipping me a whole other pool set, and told me to take the parts out that I needed. Then to contact them, complete a form for a truck to pick it back up and send it back. (Makes sense why mine was missing parts if this is their normal procedures). They did cover the shipping cost. But it was a lot of hassle for screws and nuts. Also seems it would have been cheaper to just let me keep the second one as well considering shipping cost.FYI- This ladder is not the greatest. It is not sturdy. It says it can hold upto 200lbs. It wobbles a lot. Even wobbles when my 11 year old who is under 100lbs uses it. Had I known this- I wouldn’t have bothered getting the screws and buts. You will absolutely want to buy a better ladder.2. The sand pump filter instructions were horrible. I mean absolute trash *I reached out to Evajoy company directly ( 3 separate times) and they finally made a video. So you won’t need to worry about this issue. But this was my experience. I asked if they could send a better manual like I had read in one of these reviews. They said they didn’t have one. *If you do need to reach out to Evajoy- I strongly suggest doing it via email. They were not friendly on the phone and seemed very frustrated and annoyed* through e-mail I sent pictures and showed them the pamphlet. They responded within a day. The instructions didn’t say where the hoses connect, or how to put it together. (This was my first sand pump filter, so I really needed clear instructions. I was clueless which part was the back wash, which hose should connect to the intake and which one to the outtake. The pump didn’t say. The instructions also didn’t tell me which setting does what. I had to watch videos on YouTube to figure out what they all did.The pamphlet also had a sections of “Do’s and Dont’s” for operating the sand pump filter- two bold spots said “DO” so it was obvious that one of those sections was supposed to be DONT. Again - The company has Since made a video so no one else has this issue. So you will not need to worry about this!3. The underground cloth is really just a cheep thin black tarp. I was expecting it to be thicker and a little padded. It does do the trick though.QUALITY OF POOL & PUMPThis pool has been up for over 3 months.The pump is incredible and a great size for this pool. I am overly happy with this pump! I have even cleared up completely dark green algea within 24 hours with this pump. Couldn’t be more impressed.I have had no leaks! The liner is strong and durable. I actually have the clearest water I have ever experienced with owning a pool. I have extremely hard water with high iron content. The pictures are my pool today!The sand pump filter does drip water around where the black connector brings the top and bottom together. But it’s nothing serious, and I think it’s user error. Possibly didn’t tighten it enough.Another thing I liked about this pool- was that both the hose holes in the liner have covers. I could remove the sand pump filter and close the hoses so water doesn’t pour out. Which is good for winterizing. I did have to cut the covers off because they were connected and wanted to flap back closed when the pump was going. But it’s better to have them regardless. I Havnt seen another pool come with these.Summary- no holes, no leaks, great pump! Pool has been up over 3 months!! You will want to purchase a new ladder, this one is not great. The sand pump filter gets the MVP award for the summer. It’s a champ. If you do end up with missing parts- they will replace but it is a pain. There is new sand pump filter video showing how to put it together that is super helpful!

The little snaps that hold the joints together quickly rusted but I imagine they all do. I mean we’re talking about a throw away above ground pool that if the liner lasts a couple years then you’re lucky. It seems to be functioning well.

The pool is massive the actual liner itself seems good quality.. however some of the frame pieces were the wrong size luckily we were able to make something to work. The top that goes underneath the pool is extremely fragile and cheaply made. They do not send you any directions for anything. The shipping text forever and when the package gets there you better have some help for the guys to get it unloaded. It showed up in a large moving truck two guys came they had a pallet jack and some other equipment still needed to have three teenage boys on hand to move it lol. And it had a hole in it from once we got it set up and started putting water in it it seem less stressful to just buy full patch then try to return it because of the hole and the piece missing and everything else. Had there not been so many problems it would have been an amazing deal for the money spent.

My kids love this so much 💗 they can't stop swimming.
