i mean yes its a cheap pump but i at least expected it to last a bit longer. as far is the install it went smoothly (1999 ford ranger) fit like factory If i where You i Would Save your money and buy A better quality pump

It's in and working,time will tell,output was barbed for hose original was smooth.had spacer on old one which would not fit new one because of barb,this has oring on it .I had lathe so could make one.otherwise ever thing was good .not for 2004 matrix out box.

Hello, recently I ordered a Vanbol Electric Fuel Pump Install Kit (Supposed to fit Toyota Pontiac Scion Nissan Lexus Honda Ford). I ordered it for a 1999 Toyota Camry. The pump was exactly the same EXCEPT the outlet was barbed, not smooth like the OEM. The new pump came with a short piece of fuel line, I guess to fit the barbed outlet EXCEPT the original pump outlet was sealed with an O-ring. These two engineering concepts are not compatible. To improvise (which I prefer to not have to do), I cut a short 3/8" piece of the fuel hose and put it over the barbed outlet to hold the OLD o-ring in place (no new one was provided), then I had to solder a new pigtail to the old wires because the old wires didn't fit the new pump. NOTE: Don't solder near the open hole in the top of your gas tank (in the back seat of your Camry). Now I'm back in business, but I won't make this same mistake again. I suggest you don't either.

Would recommend this product. It was cheaper than any auto store and it works great. The fuel pump location is under the back seat, there is a latch to lift up the seat and there are about 4 bolts on the cover and another 12 bolts holding the fuel pump housing. There are a few hoses that have to be disconnected and that’s it.Make sure you disconnect your batter completely when doing this job and ground yourself. If you have any mechanical skill you can easily get this job done in under an hour.

Despues de 2 meses, se empezo apagar el auto,, tuve que cambiar la bomba..

Vanbol pump did not run inside the gas tank no sound at all, hook it to the battery outside the tank it run with no gas, but inside the tank not running , the return window is closed 15 days ago and I am stuck with a bad pump so i got a different gas pump and it run inside the gas tank with the same connections the truck now running but not on Vanbol fuel pump ...next time I will install it right away so I can return it if any trouble...
