Definitely worth the money
So far, so good. Painted over metal plant pots that had rust patches. It has covered the rust and they look tidy again.

Practical over rusty metal but not very good matching in to painted area needs a couple of coats

Use straight to metal.
I made the mistake of using Hammerite's primer first and ended up having to sand back and start again. Straight to metal worked better
