I'm very impressed with how powerful this product is. Was a really good buy. Easy to operate, manoeuvrable and not at all loud. Even if you don't use the ice packs provided, it still blows out a decent amount cold, air. If I was to have one criticism, it would be that is not very tall, so no good on the floor, I have had to take the castors off and position it on a chair

I was very disappointed with this product and have decided to return it. I used this in a fairly small room but after 3 hours of use actually found the temperature had increased and there felt very little cool coming from the unit. I shall be looking for a product that is actually an air conditioner not just a unit blowing air like a fan

When it arrived I pulled it out the box and realised how plastic and cheap it felt for the price. It is unable to cool a room, something worth thinking about as it's only 60 watts.However, when sitting infront of it directly, with the chiller on and frozen cubes it does a good job producing cold air, but don't expect miracles. When paired with a fan it does help a little to disperse cooler air.Would I buy it again? Nope.Does it fit my specific need (different to most others)? Nope.Is it slightly better than before? Yes....

Bought this for my kids room as it was during the heat wave, very impressed, this item is small, light and easy to move around yet it is powerful.Cools room quickly with handy remote and timer, this is perfect for summer!Brilliant purchase!

It’s ok but you do have too keep topping the cold ice up and the ice things melt after a few hours causing it to act like a normal fanI would have expected a bit more for my money

Quite and blows cold air on you and makes the room feel comfortable in extremely hot weather.

Set up and filled as per instructions. On turning on for the first time water poured out the front soaking the carpet. Sounded like a pond fountain. Returned without investigating further.

it's a very good product use and very good at cooling my room when needed. Come with 3 ice bottles which really help makes cool air.
