I have two Shih Tzus, both beautiful dogs who grow long hair that needs trimmed on a regular basis. And the idea of spending $1,000 or more per year to trim their hair has led me to do it on my own. I used to do it with a pair of scissors which would take a Long time and make both me and the dogs stressed out. Plus the incredible mess of hair everywhere loose in the house and all over me and not a very good haircut. I kept thinking I would try a pet vacuum grooming system and I found this one during one of the prime Day sales and latched on to it. I was worried that it might be a little too loud for my sometimes high strung dogs, but I tried it out first on low with just the brush attachment and my dogs did not get upset. Turned it up a little bit more so the noise is a little bit louder and they were both still doing fine. I added the cutting attachment, with a little bit of apprehension on my part because it's like okay I'm going to cut my dog's hair and it's going to go fast. And it did it went fast. And it was easy. And they had a great haircut. I'm not as good as I want to be cutting around their face yet but I'm getting better. I did have to empty the bucket part way through because I had a lot of long hair that I was trimming up into a neater cut. But it was all contained. There wasn't hair flying all over the house. And my dog was chill the entire time. My dog who normally just can't stand me from around his face actually tolerated The clippers around his face. And his feet and legs. Didn't mind it at all. So now I'm going to have a dog who has a great haircut all the time. Because it was super easy and it trims to a nice even length depending on which clipper size you use. And it sucks it all up in a very easy to clean vacuum that keeps the pet hair from flying everywhere. I love the nice small portable size it has a great set of attachments so that I can get a neater trim on those little feet, and keep that sanitary cut around the belly and butt and up around his nose and eyes so he can actually see. This was definitely a great purchase and I'm glad I did it and just wish I'd done it sooner

I was quite surprised at just how well this groomer vacuum works! There are obviously some things that only a stand-alone buzzer or scissors can do, but for basic trims and especially the initial buzz? This is my new go to! The buzzer attachments are higher quality than my wahl groomer attachments, imo, and the other attachments are also VERY useful. The vacuum itself is much, much quieter than expected, and I can watch tv during groomings without needing to turn the volume up a ton. I can brush my chow chow mix and NOT get hair (and dust from her rolling in dirt) absolutely everywhere. I can buzz the dog and cat *on the couch* and it effectively sucks up all the hair and leaves zero mess. I haven't even needed to use the second nor third suction levels, even though those are still pretty quiet. My cat wasn't scared of it at all. I think the only con is that it's a little bulky with the vacuum tube and I couldn't do some of the odd angles I need to do to groom my temperamental dog. But I have the same issue with buzzers with cords, so I can't really say it's an issue with this product, especially since a vacuum tube is essential to vacuum. It's also a bit awkward to empty since one of the foam filters falls off when you lift the dust bin part for emptying, but it's not *that* annoying.

My family adopted a slightly older (6.5 years old) double doodle who is not accustomed to grooming. She has high anxiety and taking her to a groomer was simply too stressful for her…but she still needs grooming. I bought this system to try. I’m a complete novice, I’ve only watched a few videos to have an idea what to do.I did as much detangling as I could before starting, and used BioSilk for dogs detangling spray. The vacuum is quiet and has good suction. I used the needle comb and tooth comb first to brush through, I was surprised at how easy it was to use. Then I went over her with the longest clipper guard, which worked well and seemed appropriately sharp, and just went really slow and took a few breaks. She definitely looks a lot better and while she didn’t enjoy it (again she’s not used to it) it was much less stressful and more comfortable for her to have me do this service for her: I liked the attachment selection, the system appears to be good quality. Clean up was very easy. This product is a great fit for my family.

I originally bought this as a gift for my mom, who has 5 dogs. When it came in I couldn't help myself (not wanting to gift something I haven't tried myself and all, and making sure it worked 🤧🥴) so I tested it out on my GS. He didn't ran away at first acting like we were playing a game but as soon as I got a treat, he let me brush/vacuum him. I've been using it for the past several days now and I may keep it and just buy her one that's unused. We already have a rainbow, which works amazing. BUT something about being able to brush him inside and not leaving a mess behind to clean up after I love.The only thing I would change is adding wheeles to the bottom, it tipped over twice while using, bc my boy likes to move a good but. Other than that, imo it's worth the price for one dog! If you have more than one that sheds alot, buy it! You will use it more than you think bc it's very easy to keep clean as well!
