I bought this to cut a pineapple I was going to stuff with a pork loin. I bought the pineapple but wasn't sure it was ripe so I waited a few days. When it was cut the tool did it effortlessly. But pineapple was too ripe.

Had one that broke. Love these. They make the job of coring, peeling and slicing a simple one tool operation.

cheap thin metal- i have a uptopia one that is thicker metal but the plastic buttons broke on the handle, so at least this handle fits on my good one and i can still use it- so i'll keep this for the replacement part but the metal on this is much thinner and seems less durable.

It's covered in smudges and there was a hair caught in the blade. There's defects in the plastic handle that make it look like a compacted turd.This item is definitely used, was not cleaned

This pineapple opener is lightweight and fragile. It isn’t that sturdy to me. It does the job, but use with caution.

Very poorly made. I had a different one and it worked great.
