This seems to be well-built and is inexpensive for an alternative to a deadbolt. Snappy steel holes, fully telescopic pole. It does fit my door, standard UK composite, but only on the last one or two of those holes. The grippy foot and hold it has is very strong. The bad thing though not necessarily a deal breaker, is how it arrives, exclusively an accessibility issue. It needs to be taken apart and put back together. Flathead screwdriver to pop out the large pole ends, put the middle pole inside both, and lock in place with the gromits on the middle pole. This unfortunately doesn't align the pole inside so I wouldn't exactly call this something to "rapidly deploy" to quote the instructions, but it will bolster your door security.

Very good, extra bit of security it’s good value for money and very easy to fit on and off quickly it’s nice and sturdy when placed on door handle

Unsure of how much protection this security bar offers but it gives me extra peace of mind along with a door alarm as well. It is easy to assemble and I have poor hand strength. It fits tightly under the door handle and I have tried to shake it fee and it has not moved. Very sturdy bar and I am hopeful it helps deter any would be criminal activity. It has made me feel a little more secure and I'm sure help if it came to an insurance claim that having the extra security would help with the claim. Will be purchasing another one for a another door I feel is in vulnerable area. Good price too.

Very sturdy and easy to put together aand use

I think these are a very good, durable & effective product. Adjustable height, straightforward to use & put together. Whilst looking at how the product fits to prevent door handles being manipulated & door lock being compromised. (Perpendicular image product under door handle) I thought the product can also be used to braced across the door, where there is a sufficient “recess”. To achieve this I removed the plastic “V” from the top to give a flat surface the rubber “foot” then can be manipulated (see horizontal position). So the product is actually 2 in 1 see pic of my door shown above

Does not work with out ward opening door. Conservatory has lift handle which makes the security bar fall off. Also a bit short only fitted when fully extended. Good quality and finish though.

Not as strong as I had hoped and when given a hard push slid along laminated floor, good visible deterrent though

Die Stange sieht sehr fertig aus und erfüllt ihren Zweck aber ich wollte sie zur Sicherung meiner Womo Tür und das ging nicht. Ich mußte sie zurück schicken. Lag aber nicht an der Qualität der Stange.

Cette barre est idéale pour immobiliser la porte, le montage est facile, c'est un jeu d'enfant, les matériaux sont robustes. En exerçant une pression sur la poignet depuis l'extérieur, la porte reste bloquée et il est impossible d'ouvrir la porte même en poussant fort et sans la fermer à clé. J'attends toujours un mois ou plus pour donner mes commentaires, le temps de bien tester les produits.
