I'm not a doctor, and I'm not trying to put out any medical advice. A friend told me about pine bark a couple of months ago and I saw that this vendor had a version of it so I thought I would give it a try as I've been impressed with other items I bought from them. After about 3 weeks of taking it, my blood pressure was down about 15 points. I didn't do anything different other than add the pine bark so I can only guess, not prove but guess, that's it had something to do with a drop in blood pressure. The supplement seems to be high quality and doesn't taste bad or cause any kind of indigestion. As I said, Purely Holistic makes high quality supplements and the fact that they were making this is one of the reasons I tried it. Compared with the other manufacturers on Amazon, this seems like a very good value and the pills are easy to take, which is very important.

Doesn't seem to have any negative gastrointestinal effects. Taking about 1 month, caught a nasty cold so not sure if it helps with immunity. No noticable positive or negative effects. It's a 4 month supply so 3 months to go then will decide if I feel any more healthy.

Works great , i take daily , easy to take no taste . I do really sleep better . plus i'm a type 2 diabetic on blood thinners so i bruise easy ,an when i started this my arms and hands looks like i was beaten with a ball bat but within a couple of weeks my bruises have all cleared up.
