The media could not be loaded. Love the way it looks. Just don’t like the fact the handle and lid handle are two different colors of wood! Weird.

I bought this because I needed a good ash bucket to keep next to my offset smoker. This absolutely fills the need and I've used it for a few full loads of ashes now and can say the bucket is worth the price. It can hold 3 full cooks on my stick burner offset smoker making it just big enough to be useful and the coating looks great even after some abuse. Definitely like the matte black coating and it fits with the look of my smoker.Adding in the additional tools is almost needless but a shovel and brush is nice. The shovel screw broke just trying to hand tighten the handle on though and I had to use my own screw to secure it on as the head snapped off with hand-tight Torque before it felt secure.You should throw away the included heat resistant gloves immediately. They're more a hazard than a convenient inclusion. They insulate almost as well as a wet glove and will give you a false sense of security. Buy a dedicated set of insulated gloves instead.

nice little ash bucket set

This ash bucket is just what we needed! It comes with gloves that actually fit me. My hands are big and random gloves don't usually fit. In the morning, the first adult awake clears out the ash and starts a fire in the wood burning stove. Then in the evening, someone empties the ash bucket outside. (When we know any live spark has died out.).I highly recommend this ash bucket. It is sturdy and just the right size. (We have a large wood stove.)

We found out after the first time emptying the ashes that the lid does not fit tightly around the rim of the bucket, it was just not made properly. The lid is resting on the 2 handle mounts allowing smoke to escape from the bucket. That aint right.

Exactly what I ordered and seems to be sturdy so hopefully will last for years to come. The gloves that come with this are a nice touch. Overall good value and purchase. Would recommend to a friend.
