El producto es bien solo tuve problemas con el marco que no se ajustaba hablé con atención al cliente y summer me resolvió enviándome otro marco son excelentes y muy responsables con sus productos los recomiendo al 100 yo les volveré a comprar

The first time this canopy was put up, the legs were fully extended (mistake) and I needed help to get the top connected. Bummer. However, the canopy looked good and provided great shade and air flow. It's sturdy with sand weights on the legs. I easily took the canopy down alone because of predicted 65mph winds. Once the winds were over, I attempted putting it up alone again - this time with the legs extended only 1 notch. Success! I fully extended the legs after the top was connected. Worked out great!! So valuable to be able to easily take the canopy down and put it back up myself.

I had this gazebo up no more than 2 days and it buckled. The legs are aluminum and they snapped. With the legs like that, I had to disassemble the whole frame to get it into the return box. I used the tie downs as well as the sandbags. Cheap material, highly dissatisfied!!

Unfortunately for me I got this pop-up tent for the rainy season. Turns out that it's actually not waterproof but more like water-resistant. It does prevent rain from hitting your head outright, though it also slowly lets water seep through the fabric. It beads up and eventually drips.You get what you pay for, I suppose. If this were purchased for the summer sun, I'd be plenty happy with it for the price.------Edit: This seller sure stands by their product. They sent me a new canopy as the stitching on the one I had received must have had a defect causing it to leak. Will certainly buy from this seller again as I've seen them go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. Martina from Customer Service in particular was a pleasure to work with.

This is a great tent for softball tournaments. Easy to set up & take down with a great storage bag!

I had an issue where the stitching was coming out on one of the covers. I reached out to the manufacture to see what it would cost to replace, and they sent me a replacement completely free of charge for something that was out of warranty. The company was great and easy to work with and I will be a customer for life.

Lynn from customer service was very helpful, I provided her with all the information she wanted and when the cover I needed was back in stocks it was shipped to my address. I would definitely buy this product again.

We put it up couple days after we got just to see how difficult it was to do, once we figured it out it was easy and good looking. The only so call complaint I have with and all companies have the same problem is that the steaks that hold it down aren’t strong or long enough to do the job right, but over all a great product
