The 5th mount is for 4 wheel drive
Perfect fit for all 4 that I had to replace. The 5th would be for a 4 wheel drive that came with the 5 piece kit. Each mount was quality built.

Install the mount on my 2004 honda element 3 days later front and rear mount gone this is a waste of money
