They are pretty sticky!

Best pain relief patch I’ve found!
These are my go to pain relief patches. Unlike other brands, these stay on all day long! I have run marathons with one on my hip and it lasted the entire race and then some. Just recommended them to a friend with back pain and my brother who broke some ribs. They were amazed at how well these work!

Can be hot on skin but very effective

Took long time to arrive
These are great, and really stick. I took a shower and it never moved, and continued to heat up. They did take awhile to arrive, I forgot I ordered them.
