Works to make cakes, too!
I wanted to buy another rice cooker that had the cake function, but this one was so pretty, sleek looking, and a bit less expensive that I gave it a try (plus, I love the brand. My parents are Korean and I’ve always used this brand.). I do believe this is a more “basic” model than the ones I’ve had before, but seriously, I can’t tell the difference because the rice cooks perfectly. Also, I just YouTubed a tutorial on how to bake a cake in my cuckoo rice cooker and it came out perfect. Such a great rice cooker for it’s price. Totally recommend this!

Poor design of additional inner lid
This rice cooker is annoying due to the inner lid that is hard to store as well as get latched. It makes good rice but the design isn’t great as compared to my simpler one that wore out. I wanted a larger model but am already looking to replace this one due to the design.
