Was going to use for removing tag ends and air bubbles(in epoxy) from fishing rod refurbishment.The chrome top did not fit the glass base. Did contact the company and their customer service was fantastic. They initially wanted it returned so the factory manager could see what had gone wrong with it but turned out returning it was not cost effective so they gave me a full refund.As already said excellent customer service.

The first thing is it arrived on time and well packaged, and it is a burner just nothing like the photo I was looking at, on the page was a nice thin wicked one with a turning wheel to bring up the fresh wick when needed, I get a burner with a rope thick wick which needs to be pulled up for fresh wick and a huge flame, I have the wick barely showing so I don`t set my shed on fire, It is usable and to cheap to send back, so be careful what you order folks.

It stopped winding the wick up. It's cheaply made and not worth any money. I'm so disappointed. After spending an hour or longer trying to get the wick to come up i'm just super fed up.
